A little of this and a bit more

From the website dripping with goodness and some of the strangest stories from Alan Crawford.
They may be adult but not necessarily mature. Here are some of the longer ones.

The Tale of an EHO

So another work week at Council begins, yes, another work week begins as an Environmental Health Officer (EHO), no fucker except an EHO knows exactly what that is though, not even the people I work for. Environmental Health Officer is the current name for what used to be known as a health inspector. Of course, I could rattle through the complete and professional description, but hey, we control, reduce, remove and even penalise the impact of humans on each other and the environment. The tale of an EHO at work in Lincoln Point.

Space Palace Adventure Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4

A messy tale of love, sex, space, droids and mean business types who control the known Universe. Three smiles beamed back, one was strained and unsettling, the other two seemed genuine. The only trouble with landing here on-top of this tribe from a long lost time on a very strange planet, was the risk of altering the time space continuum. This drama perpetuated by the common science fiction idiom, is not to upset the timeline, the future or past while applying the star trek mantra – the prime directive, not to interfere with the natural progress of a race, planet or tribe, as it is in this case.

Gloryville Murders

The blood spots, streaks and ponded excess covered Peter’s face. His eyes tore out of this crimson mask with a piercing stare that would frighten any living soul unlucky enough to see them. There were none left to see. He’d finished, this particular session was over and it was time for the bloodbath, with more gruesome murders to follow.

Arena Casino Parts 1, 2, 3 & 4

The Arena Casino’s Atrium Lounge windows on the 20th floor shone like the sun, a star at night. They illuminated Lincoln Point’s suburbia like a lighthouse. The glow was warming and cool, reassuring and came with the cost of enormous grief and hardship along the way. Malcolm and Leo had eyes on the prize tonight, it wasn’t a friendly eye, but one of armed robbery and murder should it be required. Leo’s family and Michael’s crew were ready and all were loyal.

A Couple that Kills

The ground was soddened with a mixture of water, blood, manure and moss. Robert felt it all between his toes as he stumbled through the field. He’d be on his way to the bathroom if it wasn’t for his dad Charlie yelling at him to hold up. Robert was very keen on learning how to kill.
